Aimee's practice covers a broad range of real estate and business litigation matters in both state and federal court, including contract and lease disputes, real property disputes, specific performance actions, easement litigation, CC&Rs litigation, real estate broker and appraiser disputes, business torts, wrongful foreclosure, receiverships, commercial landlord-tenant litigation, and unlawful detainer actions. Aimee has represented an extensive range of commercial real estate clients, including developers, retailers, and grocery store chains.
