EXPERIENCE

Andi’s practice spans the entire spectrum of transactional real estate, with particular expertise in leasing, acquisition and disposition. His national leasing practice includes the representation of both landlords and tenants in leases of retail, office and industrial space located throughout the United States. Andi also represents developers, investment funds, retailers, families and individuals in real property acquisitions and dispositions. He has also represented clients in the negotiation and preparation of development agreements, CC&Rs, easements, and management agreements and has experience in representing lenders on real property loan transactions. Click here to see a list of representative matters.  

Prior to co-founding Udell Wang LLP, Andi was a counsel in the Real Estate / Finance practice group at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, serving on both the Pro Bono and Diversity committees.  Andi started his legal career at Jones Day as a summer associate and later as an associate practicing business litigation in Jones Day’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices. While in law school, Andi served as an extern to the Honorable Dickran R. Tevrizian, United States District Court, Central District of California, and to the Honorable Alan M. Ahart, United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. He also studied in London where he worked in Jones Day’s London office.
