EXPERIENCE
Henry focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions/dispositions, development, financing, and leasing of office, industrial, multifamily, restaurant, retail, hospitality, agriculture, and renewable energy projects. Henry regularly represents developers, real estate investment companies, investors, property managers, landlords, and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of various real estate documents and business-related agreements.
Prior to joining Udell Wang LLP, Henry was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate and Construction practice group at Stoel Rives LLP, where he served as the Co-Chair of the Real Estate, Development, and Construction industry group’s Communication Committee, and also served as a member of Stoel Rives LLP’s Opinion Committee.
