EXPERIENCE
Jean represents real estate development clients and commercial landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, ground leases, and other development related documents, handling closings, and conducting title and survey review. Prior to joining Udell Wang LLP, Jean was an associate attorney at Brown Winfield Canzoneri Abram Inc. in the firm’s real estate transactional group.
