Udell Wang LLP advises clients in a wide range of sophisticated real estate transactions throughout the United States, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of real estate assets.  Our clients include national and regional retailers, real estate investment trusts, fund managers, property management companies, developers, restaurants, technology companies, family offices and individuals.  

We have advised landlords and tenants and buyers and sellers in hundreds of commercial leasing and purchase and sale transactions. Our experience includes retail, restaurant, office, industrial, mixed use and other commercial projects.  Over the past decade we have developed a particular expertise in lease transactions, including managing large portfolios of leases and implementing multi-state retail roll-outs, which experience has allowed us to develop systems and processes to handle a large volume of transactions in an efficient and cost-effective manner.  We also advise buyers and sellers of real estate, working with clients to structure transactions, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, conducting due diligence, and managing consultants.
