EXPERIENCE
Sanya provides comprehensive counsel to companies through all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing. She has extensive experience navigating complex deals across a diverse range of asset types, including office buildings, retail centers, hotels, mixed-use properties, multi-family housing, and industrial facilities.
Prior to joining Udell Wang LLP, Sanya was an associate in the real estate groups of Rutan & Tucker in Orange County and Goodwin Procter in Los Angeles.
